Softech Digitals does not offer refunds or returns once a product has been activated or delivered. All sales are final. Please ensure that you have reviewed and understood the product details before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of our digital products and services, we do not offer refunds or returns once a product has been activated. Activation of a product is considered final, and you will not be eligible for a refund or return after this point.

2.2 Subscription Services

All subscription services provided by Softech Digitals are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced. We recommend reviewing the product details and trial versions (if available) before making a purchase decision.

3. In Case Of Used Products

We do not offer refunds based on the calculation of yearly, semi-annual, or quarterly plans. If you experience issues with your product, please contact our customer support team for assistance. In the event that a refund is considered, it will be calculated based on the monthly subscription fee, deducting the proportional amount for the period used. For example, if you purchased a product for ₹5,000 under a yearly plan and the monthly subscription fee is ₹1,000, any refund would be calculated based on the monthly rate for the duration used. Please note, the decision to refund is contingent upon our evaluation of the situation and is subject to our discretion.

In rare cases, we may consider exceptions to this policy if there are extenuating circumstances or issues directly caused by us. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of Softech Digitals and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
